Shelly D. currently serves as Vice President Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Constellation Brands since November 2021. Prior to this role, Shelly held positions at Soleo as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and General Counsel from October 2018 to November 2021, and at GardaWorld from May 2013 to October 2018 as Assistant General Counsel, focusing on regulatory compliance and contract drafting, as well as Senior Legal Counsel. Shelly's earlier experience includes serving as Of Counsel at JetBlue Airways from January 2011 to June 2013, and as a Legal Associate at JetBlue Airways in 2010, where notable accomplishments included successfully managing a union election campaign. Shelly earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from St. John's University and its School of Law, respectively.
