Greg Crosby has extensive experience in the wine and logistics industries, currently serving as Head of Wineries for Constellation Brands New Zealand and Site Leader at Kim Crawford Winery since August 2014. Crosby oversees operational leadership, ensuring excellence in winery production regarding safety, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement. Previously, Crosby held the role of Business Improvement Manager at Constellation Brands, spearheading initiatives across various business areas. Prior experience includes ownership and directorship at Gate International Ltd, where specialized in international supply chain services, and Logistics Manager positions at CMA Recycling and Sasol, where successful process optimization and team development were key focuses. Crosby’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Economics from the University of South Africa.
