Osob Samantar, Esq. is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in legal practice, policy analysis, and consulting. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Constantine Cannon LLP since July 2020, Osob has previously held positions as a Contract Attorney in Washington D.C. and as a Technology Entrepreneur at FedTech. Noteworthy contributions include providing legal expertise to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia as a Special Consultant and co-founding the Somalia Forward Group, where legal and policy analysis was integral to operations. Osob has also advised on human rights law for the Federal Republic of Somalia Ministry of Women and Human Rights and has academic experience as a Dean's Fellow at American University Washington College of Law. Osob holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Mary Washington.
