Anna Bieniek is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Specialist at Constantia Flexibles since June 2017, Anna is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, induction, and exit processes. Prior experience includes HR Specialist roles at Heineken Global Shared Services and an HR Consultant position at Job Impulse Polska Sp. z o.o., where Anna led recruitment projects from start to finish. Additional consultancy experience was gained at Randstad Polska, complemented by an internship in the HR Department at Shell and a customer advisory role at Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. Anna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from AGH University of Krakow and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Krakow University of Economics.
