Rulla Najjar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2010 and 2011, they worked as an Admission Assistant at IUST, where their responsibilities included receiving calls, answering inquiries, and managing student applications. In 2012, they interned at the Syrian Telecommunications Establishment, where they gained experience in configuring and supporting ISP environments. From 2019 to 2020, Rulla worked as an Information Technology Associate at GSA, where they were involved in network design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Recently, they joined Constant, LLC in 2020 as a Network Engineer, contributing to the company's network operations.

Rulla Najjar holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Florida International University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at IUST and the International University for Science & Technology, graduating in 2013.

In terms of certifications, Rulla obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP): Core Networking (ENCOR) certification from Cisco in June 2022. Rulla also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2020 and the Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification from Juniper Networks in October 2020. In addition, they hold the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification, which they obtained in March 2019.
