Russ Morton is an experienced executive with a robust background in product management and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Constant Contact since January 2023, Russ previously held the position of VP Product and General Manager at Datto, Inc., where significant achievements included driving over 20% year-over-year revenue growth and facilitating an IPO. As Director of Product & Operations at Notarize, Inc., Russ played a critical role in developing a fully online mortgage closing platform, securing over 150 accounts within the first year. Additional leadership roles at EnerNOC encompassed Head of Product and various managerial positions, where Russ successfully led teams in product strategy and revenue generation initiatives. Russ's early career in the US Navy as a commissioned officer focused on nuclear engineering, with responsibilities that included designing advanced electrical systems for aircraft carriers.
