Liz Cinthya Huamani Pizarro is a skilled metallurgical engineer with extensive experience in the mining industry. Currently employed at Consorcio Minero Horizonte as a metallurgical engineer since June 2021, Liz focuses on continuous improvement projects, new technology implementation, statistical process analysis, and operational indicators analysis. Prior roles include plant supervisor at Untuca, where Liz was responsible for gravimetric concentrate treatment, and various engineering positions at Sierra Sun Group and Nexa Resources, specializing in metallurgical research and laboratory operations. Additional experience includes serving as operations coordinator at MARCONSULT and coordinating the Technical Standardization Committee at the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú, where Liz achieved the approval of four Peruvian technical standards. Educational qualifications include a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and specialization in project management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
