Serge Chernishoff has a wide range of work experience in the field of computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering. Serge has most recently worked as a Senior Computer Aided Design Technician at CONSOR Engineers since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior CAD Technician at Murraysmith & Associates Engineering from March 2020 to October 2022.

From 2014 to 2019, Serge worked at the Oregon Department of Transportation in multiple roles. Serge served as a Civil Engineering Specialist and CAD lead for Region 2 from March 2015 to October 2019. Serge also worked as an Engineering Specialist 3 and Senior Drafter from February 2014 to October 2019.

Earlier in their career, Serge gained experience as a Senior Structural Engineering Technician at H.W. Lochner from May 2004 to October 2013. In this role, they were responsible for establishing CAD standards and implementing ProjectWise for team production. Serge also led project planning for Department of Transportation projects in various states.

Before that, Serge worked as a Bridge CAD Technician at the Oregon Department of Transportation from May 2001 to April 2004.

Throughout their work experience, Serge has developed a strong proficiency in CAD software, project planning, and engineering drafting.

Serge Chernishoff has a strong educational background in engineering and CADD technology. Serge began their education journey at Chemeketa Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in CADD Technology. Following this, Serge pursued further education in engineering and enrolled at Chemeketa Community College again from 2002 to 2004. During this period, they completed a degree in Engineering Transfer, which further solidified their foundation in the engineering field. Additionally, Serge expanded their knowledge by attending Linn-Benton Community College in 2013 and 2014, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Engineering Transfer. Collectively, these educational experiences have equipped Serge Chernishoff with a well-rounded understanding of engineering and have contributed to their development in the field.
