Mohammad Osman, PE has extensive work experience in various roles within the civil engineering field. Mohammad is currently working as a Civil Engineer at CONSOR Engineers since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Murraysmith as a Civil Engineer from May 2017 to November 2022, where they also served as an Engineering Designer from March 2017 to May 2022. Mohammad was involved in the planning and design of engineering projects during their time at Murraysmith.

In addition to their engineering roles, Mohammad has also held positions in communication and administration. Mohammad served as the Co-Secretary and Communication Officer at the Fulbright Association of Oregon from August 2015 to May 2022. Mohammad Osman, PE, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Water Resources Engineering from Kabul Polytechnic University, where they completed their studies from 2007 to 2012. Mohammad later pursued further education at Portland State University, earning a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from 2014 to 2016.
