Mike Miranda, P.E., PTOE has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and transportation. Mike is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. from April 2019 to January 2022.

Before joining Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc., Mike worked at the Texas Department of Transportation. Mike held two different roles during their tenure at the department. From November 2017 to April 2019, they worked as a Transportation Engineer (Traffic Safety). Prior to that, from March 2016 to November 2017, they worked as a Transportation Engineer (Advanced Project Development).

Mike also gained valuable experience working for the City of McAllen, TX, where they held the position of Traffic Operations Engineer (P.E.) from December 2011 to March 2016. Before that role, from April 2007 to December 2011, they worked as a Traffic Operations Designer/Coordinator (EIT).

To kickstart their career, Mike worked as a Summer Intern at Lopez Engineering Group for three months in the summer of 2006.

Overall, Mike Miranda has established himself as a skilled and experienced engineer with expertise in project management, traffic safety, and transportation engineering.

Mike Miranda, P.E., PTOE completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 2002 to 2006. Mike obtained their Professional Engineer certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in December 2011. Additionally, in May 2012, they obtained their Professional Traffic Operations Engineer certification from the Transportation Professional Certification Board.
