David Dodd, currently the Vice President of Diving Operations at CONSOR Engineers since September 2015. Previously served as a Systems Acquisition Manager in the U.S. Army from October 2009 to September 2015. Responsible for diving operations safety, company safety officer, equipment management, and vehicle and vessel fleet management. Eductated at American Military University.
