Carlos Pizarro, PE currently serves as a Project Engineer / Deputy Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers since August 2018. Prior to this, Carlos held various positions at the Texas Department of Transportation from January 2015 to August 2018. Before that, Carlos worked as a Field Engineer / Project Controls at Willbros Group, Inc. Carlos also gained experience as an Intern at the Texas Department of Transportation and as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering & Construction Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
