Adela Hamann currently serves as Principal Director of Employee Experience at CONSOR Engineers, a position held since January 2024. Hamann has an extensive background at CONSOR Engineers from January 2013 to December 2022, holding several roles including Director of Special Projects and Director of Employee Experience, as well as Manager of Human Resources and Communications. Previous experience includes a tenure as Director of Marketing at Terra Networks and as Account Director at J. Walter Thompson/RMG Connect. Hamann also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College and Jones College, specializing in Public Relations and Marketing. Early career experience includes being an Account Supervisor at Young & Rubicam and Advertising and Research Manager at Americatel. Hamann holds a Master’s degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and English, both from the University of Miami.
