Karl Vetter has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing, services, and oilfield industries. Karl is currently serving as the President of Consolidated Resource, LLC, and was previously the President of L&L Fabrication Inc.

Before that, Karl held the position of VP Operations and Business Development at WB Supply Company from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UE Compression as the CFO / EVP Sales and Service from 2016 to 2018. Karl also served as the CFO / EVP of CO & WY Operations at B&G Oilfield Services from 2013 to 2016.

Karl's previous experience includes working as the Manager F&A - Northern Plains Region at Willbros Group, Inc. in 2013. Karl was the CFO / Vice President at Ocean Thin Films / A Halma Company from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Karl has held significant positions at Leed Fabrication Services, Inc. as the Vice President, Corporate Development and Vice President - Finance and HR, where they were responsible for various growth initiatives, financial management, and human resource functions.

Karl started their career as the Manager of Finance and Administration at LSG SkyChefs in 2000. Throughout their career, Karl has demonstrated expertise in operations, finance, HR, and strategic growth, contributing to the success and expansion of the organizations they have worked for.

Karl Vetter completed their high school education at Roosevelt High School from 1992 to 1996, earning a diploma with a focus on general and advanced curricula. Karl then attended the University of Wyoming from 1996 to 2000, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. In 2012, Karl attended Hult Ashridge for the Executive Board Program, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
