Tony Hanson is the Vice President of Human Resources at Consolidated Precision Products Corp. Tony provides leadership to a team supporting over 4500 employees in the US, Mexico, and Europe. Tony is also responsible for advising executives on human capital strategies, talent acquisition, and collective bargaining agreement negotiations. Prior to their current role, Tony led HR functions for the Sand Foundry Group and the Minneapolis plant, demonstrating strategic HR leadership and driving culture change. Tony has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
