Russell Jessen, PMP, currently serves as Senior Project Controls at Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC since January 2022. Previously, Russell held the position of Project Control Specialist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from August 2019 to January 2022 and served as Project Controller at Sandia National Laboratories from January 2017 to August 2019. Russell also contributed as a UCSB Extension Instructor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where project management courses were delivered both on-campus and online between September 2015 and August 2018. Prior experience includes managing IT and Telecommunications teams at Harris Corporation for the Air Force Satellite Control Network and leading programs at Harris Information Technology Services, alongside a decade of service in various roles with the Department of the Air Force. Russell holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, along with an Associate of Arts in Philosophy from Foothill College.
