Jeff Berard has extensive work experience in various roles in the financial industry. Jeff started their career as a Sales Representative at Simmons Bedding Company in 2003, where they worked until 2006. Jeff then joined Serta as a Territory Manager from 2006 to 2008. After that, they worked as a Print Broker at Print & Promotional Imaging from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Consolidated Community Credit Union as a Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2018. Jeff was then promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and in 2022, they became the Chief Development Officer at the same company. In addition to their work at the credit union, Jeff Berard served as the Vice President of NW Credit Union Chapter of Oregon from 2012 to 2018.

Jeff Berard obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Education from Western Oregon University from 1997 to 2001.
