Kirsten Hammer is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Support Services Supervisor at Consistent Care since June 2022. Previously, Kirsten held significant roles such as Housing Coordinator at YWCA USA, where efforts focused on providing emergency and transitional housing for homeless women, and SafeHavens Coordinator for the Nooksack Indian Tribe, managing a supervised visitation program.
