Baldemar Aguilar Almeida possesses significant experience in software development and production support management, currently serving as Gerente de Soporte a Producci贸n at Consis International since November 2013. Since 2017, Baldemar has led the Core de Producci贸n at Interseguro, overseeing process management and planning, while also directing the Support Department for multiple clients including RIMAC and AXA. Earlier experience includes a role as a Java Developer, focusing on user stories analysis and development.
