Steven Shaw is an experienced Senior Director and Head of Onboarding Programs at Consilio LLC, specializing in the development of global certification programs for the proprietary eDiscovery platform, Sightline. Shaw's expertise includes designing onboarding methodologies, authoring training documentation, and implementing measurement systems to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery. Previously, Shaw held various project management roles at Integreon and Xerox Litigation Services, managing extensive projects and client relationships. In addition to a career in eDiscovery and client services, Shaw is the author of the Starflyer John Jackson book series and operates as a licensed wedding officiant in New York. Shaw holds a BA in Political Science from Siena College.
