Frank Westendorf serves as the Managing Director at Consileon Applied Business since January 2020. Previously, Frank held the Managing Director position at FiANTEC Provisionslösungen GmbH from April 2020 to April 2021 and was a Managing Partner at ConVista Consulting from April 2008 to May 2019, where responsibilities included global consulting services in Incentive & Commission Management and Sales Force Management. Frank's career began at SAP AG in July 1995 as a Senior Project Manager, following initial work as a freelance Software Designer from 1986 to 1995, including projects for Philips Semiconductors. Frank holds a Diploma in Mathematics, IT, and Physics from Universität Hamburg and obtained the German Abitur from Sankt Ansgar Schule in Hamburg.
