Patrick Moskal, CMIT, has a diverse work experience in various construction-related roles. Patrick began their career as a Construction Laborer at Moskal Home Improvement in 2020, where they gained experience in various construction tasks. In 2018, they worked at Brick Brothers Masonry, LLC, where they completed construction projects and also performed landscaping and snowplowing during the off-season. From 2019 to 2022, Patrick worked as a USSF Referee at the U.S. Soccer Federation, officiating soccer games and assisting in the development of youth soccer players. Patrick then joined Bay Contracting Inc in 2021 as a Mason/Construction Laborer, performing masonry tasks and general labor in commercial contracting projects. Currently, Patrick is working at Consigli Construction Co., Inc, starting in 2022, in the role of Field Operations.
Patrick Moskal, CMIT, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they have been enrolled since 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2024.
In addition to their academic pursuits, Patrick has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Patrick obtained the Fire Prevention Program Manager (FPPM) certification from NFPA in January 2023. In April 2022, they completed the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry course at the OSHA Education Center. Patrick also acquired the Procore Certified: Superintendent certification from Procore Technologies in January 2022.
Patrick has completed several courses offered by the Project Management Institute to strengthen their foundation in construction management. Patrick obtained certifications in Construction Math Foundations (November 2021), Primavera P6 Essential Training (November 2021), Construction Management Foundations (July 2021), Construction Management: Introduction to Lean Construction (July 2021), Construction Management: Reading Drawings & Specifications (July 2021), Construction Management: Technology on the Jobsite (July 2021), Construction Management: Managing Risk (April 2021), Construction Management: Planning and Scheduling (April 2021), and Construction Management: Safety & Health (April 2021).
Furthermore, Patrick completed the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry course provided by CareerSafe Online in April 2021. Lastly, they achieved the Construction Manager in Training certification from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in January 2022.
Overall, Patrick Moskal, CMIT, is actively pursuing their bachelor's degree in Construction Management and has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field.
