Eric Tanttila has held three positions in the past. From 2004 to 2005 they were a Technician at Total Control Solutions. From 2005 to 2013 they were a Field Service Engineer at Printware LLC. From 2013 to present they have been a Sales Engineer / Implementation Specialist at Conservis.

Eric Tanttila attended Dunwoody College of Technology from 2001 to 2003 and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Computer Networking and an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In March 2002, they obtained an A+ Certification.
