Charles Reinhardt has worked in the customer service industry since 2015. Charles began their career at Sholom as a Staffing Coordinator, before moving to Persolvent in 2018, where they held the roles of Lead, Software Support and Customer Support Specialist. In 2021, Charles moved to AffiniPay, where they held the role of Customer Support Specialist. Charles is currently employed at Conservis as a Customer Success Representative.
Charles Reinhardt obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas in 2013. Charles then pursued a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Western Michigan University from 2015 to 2018. Charles later returned to the University of St. Thomas to obtain a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies in 2018.
