Kelly McFadden currently serves as the Regional Administrative Leader at Sperber Landscape Companies since January 2024, and has been the Controller at Conserve LandCare since April 2011. Previously, Kelly held the position of Early Childhood Director at Southwest Community Church from September 2016 to June 2019 and worked at Sierra Landscape Company in accounts payable/receivable from September 2008 to April 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Manager at Industry Ride Shop from February 2001 to April 2007.
