Juan Cruz is a Senior Staff Engineer at ConsenSys, specializing in the Staking Team since April 2020. With a diverse engineering background, Juan has held various roles including Quality Assurance Engineering Manager and Technical Lead Interim at ConsenSys, as well as Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Lead in the Decentralized Finance team. Prior to joining ConsenSys, Juan served as Head of QA at Skilling, Senior QA Engineer at Playtech, and Senior Software Test Engineer at BetVictor. Additional experience includes engineering positions at Skype and the Skype Division of Microsoft, focusing on software engineering and quality assurance. Juan holds an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School and multiple degrees in Information Systems and Computer Sciences from universities in Spain and Finland.
