Virgilio Vargas currently serves as the Senior Vice President of GTM Operations at Consensus Cloud Solutions, focusing on strategic Go-to-Market operations and reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, Virgilio was the Head of Sales Operations at Trellix, where management of a $17M budget and guidance for 1,500 sales representatives were key responsibilities. As VP/Head of Sales Operations at McAfee, Virgilio successfully developed a go-to-market plan that increased revenue from $1B to $2.2B in five years. Additional experience includes roles at Juniper Networks, where Virgilio significantly enhanced online business revenue, and Cisco, where leadership of marketing operations and successful market entry in Latin America were achieved. Virgilio holds multiple degrees from Universidad de Costa Rica and has furthered education in marketing at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
