Harshil Maniar's work experience includes:

- Software Engineer at Conscia since April 2022. Harshil is responsible for enabling product and marketing teams to manage and orchestrate an omnichannel experience. Harshil is also improving Conscia's DX Engine and adding new features to it, as well as adding integrations for leading CMS, DAMS, and e-commerce systems.

- Full Stack Engineer (role title) in 2021. During this time, they built the backend for a subscription-based mindfulness app, a smart electricity monitoring mobile application, and collaborated on a feminine health application that aims to educate women about certain diseases.

- Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carleton University for the course BIT 2008 - Multimedia Data Management from September 2022 to December 2022. Harshil'sduties included conducting lab sessions for the students and assisting the instructor in grading assignments and exams.

- Software Engineer at Webelight Solutions from June 2020 to December 2020. Harshil rewrote the backend of an old mobile application to increase performance by 50%, updated authentication to OAuth 2 standards, and added Apple Pay for in-app purchases. Harshil also built the backend of an e-commerce platform that allowed tradesmen to directly connect with customers.

- Full Stack Developer Intern at iTechNotion IT Solutions LLP from December 2019 to May 2020. Harshil worked on a food delivery application using the MERN stack and was primarily responsible for designing and developing the backend system in JavaScript.

Harshil Maniar completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at Indus University Ahmedabad from 2016 to 2020. Harshil then pursued their Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a concentration in Software Engineering at Carleton University from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Harshil has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they completed courses in Blockchain Basics, Front-End Web Development with React, Full-Stack Web Development with React, Multiplatform Mobile App Development with React Native, and Server-side Development with NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB, all from Coursera. In August 2019, they also obtained a certification in Cryptography I from Coursera. Furthermore, Harshil obtained certifications in Rest API (Intermediate), JavaScript (Basic), and Problem Solving (Basic) from HackerRank in November 2019 and September 2020, respectively. Harshil also completed the Docker and Kubernetes: The Complete Guide course from Udemy in May 2021. Finally, Harshil received a certification in Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4 from Coursera in August 2019.
