Rafaelle Delaney has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they worked as an IT Support Analyst at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Prior to that, they served as an IT Support Specialist at Momentous Insurance Brokerage, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they provided desktop support to over 200 users, managed user accounts and security groups, maintained printers and copiers, and handled hardware asset inventory. Rafaelle also set up conference rooms and created documentation for more efficient troubleshooting. Additionally, they trained new employees and coordinated the company's management system training program.

Before joining Momentous Insurance Brokerage, Inc., Rafaelle held various positions. Rafaelle participated in an Introduction to iOS Development Workshop at Morehouse College in 2015 and took part in an Introduction to JavaScript: Drawing & Animation course at Khan Academy in the same year. Rafaelle served as Publicist at the Alpha Epsiolon Delta–Georgia Delta Chapter from 2014 to 2015 and was Vice President of the Morehouse Health Careers/Pre-Dental Society during the same period. In 2014, they were a Research Student in Dr. Elena Aikawa's lab at the Brigham and Women's Hospital Summer Training in Academic Research and Scholarship Program. In 2013, they served as Secretary of the Morehouse Health Careers/Pre-Dental Society.

Prior to their college experiences, Rafaelle worked at Octapharma Plasma Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Rafaelle held the positions of Medical Screener, where they created and maintained donor records, conducted screening procedures, and answered donor inquiries, and Donor Floor Technician, where they prepared the donor area, performed service maintenance on plasmapheresis machines, and managed inventory and supplies.

In 2011, they were a Clinical Care Extender Intern at Valley Presbyterian Hospital, where they provided assistance to nursing staff and performed administrative tasks such as answering phones and aiding with patient care.

Overall, Rafaelle has gained extensive experience in IT support, administration, training, research, and service-oriented roles throughout their career.

Rafaelle Delaney graduated from Morehouse College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, specializing in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Prior to that, in 2011, Rafaelle obtained a Medical Assistant Certificate from ICDC College, focusing on Medical/Clinical Assistant training. Before attending ICDC College, Rafaelle pursued Pre-Nursing Studies at Biola University from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, in March 2019, Rafaelle obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
