Joe Sheldon has extensive experience in IT administration, currently serving as an IT System Administrator at The Conrad Companies since February 1998. Responsibilities include providing helpdesk assistance, maintaining workstations across various Windows versions, performing server maintenance for Windows Server 2003 and Linux RHES, and managing database operations for Pick/D3 and Universe, including data synchronization and account updates. Prior to this role, Joe Sheldon worked at Escondido Motors from June 1989 to February 1998. Joe Sheldon holds an Associate's degree in Computer Applications and Networking from Coleman University, attained between 1996 and 1998.
