William Pattern is a highly experienced software developer with a strong background in leading development teams and enhancing software applications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Conquest Planning Inc. since April 2021, William has demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and has led various projects, including the development of mobile applications and integration of payment systems. Prior to this role, William held positions as a Programmer Analyst at Employment and Social Development Canada and as a Software Developer at Conquest Planning Inc. William's extensive career also includes significant contributions at Cambrian Credit Union, where responsibilities included assistant managerial duties and mentoring junior developers. William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Manitoba.
