Floria Volynskaya is the Manager of Learning & Development at Conquest Cyber. Floria has over 7 years of experience in designing and implementing training programs for both in-person and online learning experiences.

Volynskaya began their career as a Distance Learning Pedagogy Expert Consultant for the Global Business School Network. In this role, they advised business schools on how to effectively design and implement online learning programs.

Floria then became the Lead Learning Designer at Eliassen Group, where they were responsible for designing and developing training programs for clients in a variety of industries.

After a year at Eliassen Group, Volynskaya took on the role of Senior Advisor, In-Person and Online Learning Program Design at AARP. In this role, they oversaw the design of both in-person and online learning programs for AARP members.

Most recently, Volynskaya has been working as the Training and Education Manager at QOMPLX, where they have led a team of consultants in the creation of asynchronous training materials and instructor-led courses.

Floria Volynskaya has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Biology from Stevenson University. Floria also has certification from Howard Community College in Distance Learning Technology and Online Pedagogy Certification and Quality Matters Online Pedagogy Certification.

They work with Elisabeth Bott - Operations Manager, Allison Primack - Manager, Planning & Analysis. Their manager is Cinthya Beato, Head of Corporate Operations & Legal Affairs.
