Michele Sterlin began their career in 2010 as a Release of Information Specialist at The Treatment Center. In 2017, they moved to RxStrategies Inc. as an Implementation Support Specialist. In 2019, they joined Mindtree as a Salesforce Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Implementation Engineer at Conquer.

Michele Sterlin has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business from 2015 to 2017, and an Associate's degree from Palm Beach State College from 2011 to 2015. Michele has also obtained certifications from Salesforce, Simplilearn, Coursera, and SoloLearn, including a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in April 2022, DevOps Certification training in December 2020, Design Thinking for Innovation in November 2020, a Java Course in August 2018, and a SQL Fundamentals Course in July 2018.
