Heather Adams has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Heather began their career at Aetna as a Customer Advocate before moving to New Life Agency, Inc. as a Customer Account Manager in 2007. In 2011, they joined Boostability as a Client Account Manager and then moved to iTok.in in 2013 as a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2015, they joined Electric Blue Digital as a Marketing/Project Manager and then transitioned to Filevine in 2016 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they trained law firms on their CRM software and how to maximize their investment, made edits to their software and customized it to their needs, and resolved any concerns. In 2020, they joined Conquer as a Solutions Engineer.

Heather Adams received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Minor in Business and Constitutional Law from National University. Heather then attended ITT Technical Institute-Clovis from 2004 to 2005 for Medical/Clinical Assistant. In 2019, they began their Masters in Nutrition Sciences and Disease Prevention from the University of New England.
