Sathish Kulathu is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Director of Global IDP&E Digital Integration at ConocoPhillips since April 2014, specializing in digital transformation for asset development planning and execution. Previously, Sathish held roles such as Director of Sustainable Development Strategy & Planning for the Lower 48, focusing on net-zero roadmap development and emissions reduction forecasts, as well as Team Lead for the Integration Management Office, managing integration during the Shell Permian acquisition. With expertise stemming from positions at Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation and GrailQuest Corporation, Sathish has a strong background in reservoir engineering, strategy management, and technical leadership. Sathish holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
