Alan K. currently serves as the VP of Technical Operations at ConnexPay since June 2019. Alan's extensive experience includes roles such as Information Technology Consultant at Concept Machine Tool and Director of IT at Delaget, where Alan led IT operations for SaaS services in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Prior to these positions, Alan held managerial roles at U.S. Bank, FICO, Kroll Ontrack, and Bluestem Brands, Inc., overseeing critical IT infrastructure and operations. Alan began their career at Fingerhut Companies Inc. as a Group Manager. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
