Starling Shan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global health supply chain management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Connexi and a Senior Global Health Supply Chain Manager at Chemonics International, Starling has successfully managed multiple USAID subcontracts and led a two-year project to enhance global health logistics systems. Previous roles include Market Dynamics Advisor at Population Services International, Global Health Supply Chain Project Lead at GSK, and Health Research Project Manager at Innovations in HC, among others. Starling holds a Master’s Degree in Global Health from Duke University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Communications and Political Science from the University of Washington, and an online MBA certificate in strategic marketing from Cornell University.
