Karen Shriner, Esq. serves as a Senior Attorney at Weis Markets since August 2018, providing comprehensive leadership and counsel in corporate activity and governance, focusing on contract negotiations, real estate, risk mitigation, and litigation. With extensive experience at RITE AID CORPORATION from 1998 to 2018 in various legal roles, including Director of Facilities Contract Services, Shriner managed significant contract portfolios and led a team in contract administration. As a member of Connex since 2001, Shriner was recognized as Retailer of the Year in 2010 for industry contributions. Shriner's legal career began at the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and includes an educational background with a J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, along with a B.A. in International Politics and Foreign Service from Penn State University.
