Kelvin Teoh is a Product Development Lead at Connex Telecommunications Inc. since August 2021, overseeing the development and lifecycle management of AI SaaS products, with significant achievements in launching innovative solutions such as voice biometrics and automated testing tools. Previously, as Cloud Practice Lead for Google Cloud Platform, Kelvin provided strategic guidance on digital products, enhancing security and efficiencies in chatbot development. Kelvin's experience also includes roles as a Software Developer, where user-centric conversational systems were designed, and as a Business Analyst at Great Canadian Oil Change, achieving notably increased revenue and customer retention during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kelvin's technical background includes data science work at Honda of Canada Mfg., where machine learning models for equipment analysis were developed, and an internship in mechanical design engineering. Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, both from McMaster University.
