Andrew Turner has over four decades of experience in the legal field, serving as Of Counsel and Partner at Conner & Winters, LLP since June 1981. In addition to their legal career, Andrew Turner has been a high school football official with the Greater Tulsa Officials Association since 1975, officiating notable championship games. From January 1982 to January 2017, Andrew Turner served as General Counsel for The Parent Child Center of Tulsa, where involvement on the board and twice as chairman demonstrates a strong commitment to preventing and treating child abuse. Educational achievements include a JD cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA with Highest Honors in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
