Guido de Wit is an experienced program manager, currently serving as Program Manager at both Connekt and Topsector Logistiek since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Guido held the position of Practice Lead Sustainability at ORTEC from May 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing financial and non-financial KPIs for organizations aiming to achieve sustainability goals. Additionally, Guido worked as a Business Consultant in Aviation at ORTEC, focusing on the intersection of aviation and innovation, and previously contributed to the Capital Cost Estimating Tool project for Shell Projects and Technologies. Early career internships included positions at NLR, where thesis research on the Endless Runway concept was conducted, and at Schiphol Group, where operational changes were analyzed for financial impacts. Guido holds an MSc and BSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, as well as a brief educational stint at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
