Yogesh Atkari is an experienced professional in the field of security operations and partner management. Currently serving as Team Lead for SOC Operations at ConnectWise since January 2020, Yogesh oversees a team of over 90 security experts to monitor and remediate security issues around the clock while managing team performance to exceed service level agreement (SLA) targets. Prior to this role, Yogesh held the position of Partner Care Manager at ConnectWise and Continuum, focusing on partner satisfaction and effective communication during escalations. Yogesh's extensive background includes technical success management and team leadership roles, with foundational experience in technical support at Zenith Infotech and Wipro BPO. Yogesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineers, India, and a Diploma in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic Pune.
