Megan Marker-Milenkov began their career in 2005 as a Senior Account Manager at Sapphire Technologies. In 2010, they moved to Instant Technology as a Senior Account Executive. In 2012, they co-founded Connect Search, LLC, a boutique staffing firm. Megan currently serves as Partner at Connect Search, LLC, where they have long-standing relationships with several of Illinois' top employers.

Megan Marker-Milenkov graduated from Purdue University Krannert School of Management in 2005 with a degree in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Megan also attended Warren.
