Dillon Danekas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dillon started their career in 2014 as a Head Screenwriter at Yellow Ribbon Films, where they collaborated closely with the founders to develop a feature length screenplay. In 2016, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as an Agent before transitioning to Image Base as an Account Executive in 2017. Later that year, they became an Outside Sales Representative at American Marketing & Publishing, LLC. In 2018, Dillon joined SpotOn Transact, LLC as an Outside Sales Partner.

Dillon's experience in sales continued as they joined Robert Half in 2019 as a Staffing Manager, specializing in matching talent to clients' staffing and consulting needs. Dillon then moved to Connect Search, LLC in 2021 as a Senior Recruiter, utilizing their network and expertise in Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Administrative, and Executive Search. In 2022, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales at SpotOn.

Currently, Dillon is working at Connect Search, LLC as a Senior Recruiting Manager. Their responsibilities include managing the recruitment process and ensuring the selection of qualified candidates for various positions.

Additionally, Dillon had prior experience as a Bartender at Cress Creek Country Club, where they assisted in event coordination and successfully ran numerous weddings, fundraisers, golf outings, and banquets.

Dillon Danekas completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Iowa, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they also pursued two minors: one in Theater and another in English with a focus on Creative Writing. In 2014, they attended Playhouse West Studio 4 to further their acting skills, though no degree was obtained from this institution.
