Troy Mitchell's work experience begins in 1993 at Intel Corporation, where they worked in product planning and managed the supply chain for product line inventory. Troy later took on roles as a demand operations manager and EMEA business development manager. In 2007, they joined SynapSense Corporation as the vice president of sales before moving on to Panduit as the director of sales for Americas - IDC. In 2017, they joined ClearDB as the vice president of sales and channel development, overseeing business development and profit growth. During their time at ClearDB, the company was acquired by RDX. Mitchell then joined Connectria in 2019, first as the director of cloud platform sales, then as the director of strategic alliances and channel, and is currently serving as the vice president of channel and alliances.
Troy Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Risk Management from California State University-Sacramento. Troy attended the university from 1989 to 1993. In 1998, they pursued further education and completed a Microsoft Certified Sales Engineer (MCSE) program in Information Technology, which they attended from 1998 to 1999.
In addition to their educational qualifications, Troy Mitchell also holds a certification in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner. Troy obtained this certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021.
