Jason P. has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial real estate lending and credit risk analysis. Jason started their career as a Senior Credit Analyst at Columbia Bank New Jersey in 2005, where they worked until 2011. Jason then joined Investors Bank, taking on roles as a Credit Risk Analyst and a CRE Loan Underwriter. In 2014, Jason joined BCB Community Bank as a Commercial Real Estate Lender, before moving to CSBK - Clifton Savings Bank as a Vice President in 2015. In 2018, they joined Oritani Bank as a Vice President Commercial Real Estate Lender and later transitioned to their current role as Vice President at ConnectOne Bank in November 2018.

Jason P. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2007. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
