Andre B. has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Andre started their career at PepsiCo as an IT Support Analyst, where they resolved hardware and software tickets and implemented projects for optimizing ticket resolutions. Andre then moved on to ArcelorMittal, where they worked as a Systems and Projects Consultant, responsible for network administration and supporting ERP systems.

Subsequently, Andre joined recruitment firm Michael Page as an IT Headhunter, managing recruitment for mid and high management IT professionals and handling relationships with big customers. After that, they worked at OdontoPrev as a Project Coordinator, overseeing project management and serving as a liaison between the business areas and IT.

Andre then joined EloPar as a PMO Manager, implementing project office best practices and organizing the project portfolio for various companies. Andre also implemented ServiceNow for Elopar Group companies. Later, they worked at Organize Cloud Labs as a Senior Engagement Manager, specializing in ServiceNow.

Andre's next role was at KPMG Brasil, where they held various positions. Andre started as a Senior Manager, responsible for creating structures and offering solutions for multiple platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, Outsystems, Pegasystems, and Salesforce. Andre then became a Partner Director, focusing on IT strategy and M&A.

Currently, Andre is working at Connectis as the Head of Sales and Business Development.

Andre B. completed a Técnico degree in Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from FECAP / FIAP - COPI Colégio Paulista between 2001 and 2004. Andre later pursued a degree in Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Grupo IBMEC - Veris from 2009 to 2011. In 2019, Andre obtained a Micro-Certification in Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions from ServiceNow.
