Yves Berlize has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Yves most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Connections starting in November 2022. Prior to that, Yves was the owner and CEO of Lookahead BV since March 2021. Yves also held a role in business development and sales at RainPharma from April 2021 to October 2022. Yves has demonstrated their leadership abilities as the Managing Director of Les Editions de l'Avenir from September 2018 to January 2021. Additionally, they have held positions as the Chairman and CEO of Sanoma, and as the Managing Director of various companies including L'Avenir Advertising, L'AVENIR HEBDO S.A., Lapresse.be, and Belga News Agency. Yves has extensive experience in driving business transformation and developing strategies for growth and optimization.

Yves Berlize completed the JUMP program in Business and Strategic Management at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in IAS/IFRS from EHSAL Management School in 2003. Yves also holds a postgraduate degree in Tax science from KU Leuven, which they completed in 1999. Yves began their education at Hoger Instituut Demergouw, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Accountancy & Tax in 1994.
