Shannon Belliveau has over 17 years of professional work experience. Shannon began their career in 2005 as a Senior Sales & Service Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. In 2012, they moved to The Linkage Group as a Territory Sales Manager. In 2015, they joined Yardi as a Manager of Customer Success. Currently, Shannon is working as the Vice President of Campaign & Client Success at ConnectionPoint Systems Inc.

Shannon Belliveau obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Calgary in April 2000, having studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General from 1994 to 1998. In March 2022, they also obtained a Google Analytics certification from Linkedin Learning Courses Review 2020.
