Senior Director, Employee Relations & Compliance at Connection

Heather Nehiley, MBA, SPHR has a comprehensive and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Employee Relations & Compliance at Connection, where they have been since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Employment & Employee Relations at the same company starting from December 2018.

Before joining Connection, Heather worked at Verisk as the Human Resources Operations Lead for the Americas from November 2017 to November 2018. Heather also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Verisk from August 2016 to November 2017.
